Спектры леворина и амфотерицина B различаются по трём основным максимумам поглощения. Максимумы спектров поглощения антибиотиков варьируют в пределах 370–430 нм. Спектры УФ-поглощения отражают характерный спектр полиенов, относящихся к этому классу. Амфотерицин B и леворин в комплексе с холестерином понижают максимум УФ спектров поглощения. Анализ полученных результатов показывает, что молекулы холестерина, соединяясь с системами двойной связи амфотерицина B и леворина, постепенно уменьшают максимум поглощения УФ спектров, что создаёт возможности для более активного их применения в различных областях биомедицины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This work presents ultraviolet (UV) spectra of various concentrations of polyene antibiotics. The spectra of Levorin and Amphotericin B diﬀer in three main absorption maxima. The maximum absorption spectra of antibiotics vary in the range of 370–430 nm. UV absorption spectra reﬂect the characteristic spectrum of polyenes belonging to this class. Amphotericin B and Levorin in combination with cholesterol lower the maximum of the UV absorption spectra.
