Представлена значимость своевременного и регулярного мониторинга кардиотоксичности и важность продолжения клинических испытаний для открытия противотуберкулёзных препаратов с удовлетворительным профилем безопасности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review analyzes the research articles, guidelines, and clinical trial results on the eﬀect of ﬂuoroquinolones, bedaquiline, nitroimidazoles, and clofazimine on QTc prolongation.
