Изучение вопросов филогеографии туляремийного микроба представляет не только практический, но и научный интерес, так как позволяет оценить эволюционные процессы Francisella tularensis в современных условиях.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Филогенетический анализ штаммов возбудителя туляремии на территории Ростовской области и выявление эритромициночувствительных геновариантов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Культурально-морфологические, биохимические и биологические свойства туляремийного микроба изучали в соответствии с МУ 3.1.2007-05. Антибиотикочувствительность исследуемых культур изучали диско-диффузионным методом, согласно МУК 4.2.2495-09. Для генотипирования штаммов применён метод VNTR анализа по 5 локусам. Кластерный анализ и построение филогенетического дерева проводили с использованием программы GrapeTree.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проведено исследование репрезентативной коллекции 122 культур, изолированных из различных источников в период с 1945 по 2022 гг. Как установлено, все изученные штаммы возбудителя туляремии обладали типичными культурально-морфологическими и биологическими характеристиками. Результаты изучения антибиотикограмм бактерий показали, что все штаммы были устойчивы к бета-лактамам, полимиксину, клиндамицину и чувствительны к аминогликозидам, рифампицину и фторхинолонам. В отношении эритромицина обнаружены только 2 эритромициночувствительных штамма. Филогенетический анализ 34 европейских и российских штаммов F. tularensis позволил определить принадлежность этих штаммов к подгруппе В.7 основной генетической группы В.6.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Впервые в Целинском районе Ростовской области зарегистрировано наличие «нетипичных» геновариантов туляремийного микроба, принадлежащих к подгруппе В.7 основной группы В.6 подвида holarctica, согласно современной схеме генетического типирования F. tularensis subsp. holarctica.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The study of the phylogeography of the tularemia microbe is not only practical, but also of scientific interest, as it allows us to evaluate the evolutionary processes of Francisella tularensis in modern conditions.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Phylogenetic analysis of strains of the causative agent of tularemia in the Rostov region and identification of erythromycin-sensitive genovariants.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A representative collection of 122 cultures, isolated from various sources from 1945 to 2022, was studied. As it was established, all the studied strains of the causative agent of tularemia had typical cultural, morphological, and biological characteristics. The results of the study of bacteria antibiograms showed that all strains were resistant to β-lactams, polymyxin, clindamycin, and sensitive to aminoglycosides, rifampicin, and fluoroquinolones. In relation to erythromycin, only 2 erythromycin-sensitive strains were found. Phylogenetic analysis of 34 European and Russian strains of F. tularensis made it possible to determine whether these strains belong to subgroup B.7 of the main genetic group B.6.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
