<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In modern rheumatology, the problem of comorbid infections (CI) deserves special attention; their relevance is associated with both immune disorders in the context of background immuno-inflammatory rheumatic disease (IIRD) and the need to use drugs with immunosuppressive effects. The use of innovative biological agents and targeted basic anti-inflammatory drugs has made it possible to achieve great success in the treatment of IIRD. However, with the accumulation of global clinical experience, it has become clear that the use of these drugs is accompanied by an increased risk of developing infectious complications (including severe ones) of various etiologies and localizations. The presentation of up-to-date data on the frequency and localization of major CI in patients with IIRD treated with these drugs is the purpose of this narrative (descriptive) review. The first part of the review describes the issues of infectious complications of therapy with tumor necrosis factor-alpha inhibitors.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммуновоспалительные ревматические заболевания</kwd><kwd>l ингибиторы фактора некроза опухоли-α</kwd><kwd>коморбидные инфекции</kwd><kwd>туберкулёз</kwd><kwd>пневмония</kwd><kwd>вирусные гепатиты В и С</kwd><kwd>микозы</kwd><kwd>профилактика</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immuno-inflammatory rheumatic diseases</kwd><kwd>inhibitors of tumor necrosis factor-α</kwd><kwd>comorbid infections</kwd><kwd>tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>pneumonia</kwd><kwd>viral hepatitis B and C</kwd><kwd>mycoses</kwd><kwd>prevention</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья подготовлена в рамках научно-исследовательской работы ФГБНУ «Научно-исследовательский институт ревматологии им. В. А. Насоновой», № государственного задания РК 125020301268-4.
