По ходу эксперимента проводили наблю­ дения за общим состоянием и поведенческой активностью животных, потреблением корма и воды, состоянием шерстного покрова, динамикой массы тела. Состояние гомеостаза оценивали с помощью функциональных, гематологических, био­химических и и атоморфолотических методов. По результатам исследований, установлено, что субстанция при орошении полости рта крыс в дозах 0,78 мг/кг и 15,6 мг/кг, а также кроликов в дозах 0,34 мг/кг и 6,8 мг/кг не вызывало существен­ных изменений в клиническом состоянии животных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study of the chronic toxicity of the substance «Branched oligo(hexamethylene guanidine) hydrochloride» was carried out with repeated (within 28 days) irrigation of the oral cavity of rats and rabbits. During the experiment, observations were made of the general condition and behavioral activity of animals, feed and water consumption, coat condition, and body weight dynamics. The state of homeostasis was evaluated using functional, hematological, biochemical and pathomorphological methods.
