В статье освещены современные представления о воспалительных заболеваниях у взрослых и детей с точки зрения генетических возможностей диагностики болезни Крона и язвенного колита. Названы основные гены-кандидаты, которые при наличии их определённых полиморфизмов свидетельствуют о появлении высокого риска развития воспалительных заболеваний кишечника. Описаны принципы современной терапии, возможности фармакогенетического тестирования в прогнозировании эффективности или рисков снижения безопасности терапии лекарственными препаратами. Названы современные тенденции и перспективы в лечении язвенного колита и болезни Крона.

The article highlights modern concepts of inflammatory diseases in adults and children in terms of genetic possibilities for diagnosing Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It names the main candidate genes, which, in the presence of their specific polymorphisms, indicate the occurrence of a high risk of inflammatory bowel disease. The principles of modern therapy, the possibilities of pharma-cogenetic testing in predicting the effectiveness or risks of reducing the safety of drug therapy are described. The article focuses on modern trends and perspectives in ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease treatment.
