Достигнуты большие успехи в профилактике их возникновения: частота развития инфекций протезированных суставов в ведущих мировых клиниках составляет 0,5-2% при первичном эндопротезировании крупных суставов. Однако в вопросах лечения инфекции существуют разные мнения, особенно касающиеся антибактериальной терапии: выбора препарата, способа введения, длительности лечения и критериев отмены. В условиях глобального роста резистентности нозокомиальных патогенов при выборе антимикробных препаратов необходимо учитывать не только формальные критерии чувствительности к ним возбудителей, но и фармакокинетические и фармакодинамические показатели.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Prosthetic joints infection in after is a serious medical, social and financial problem. Significant achievements in prophylaxis of such infections are well known. In cases of primary endoprosthetics of large joints, the frequency of infection in the leading world clinics is 0.5-2%. However, the approaches to the treatment of such infections are different especially with respect to the antibacterial therapy: choice of drugs, administration routes, treatment course and discontinuation.
