Самые высокие показатели заболеваемости и смертности от ПОН отмечается у новорождённых детей. Назначение антибактериальной терапии по поводу вероятного инфекционного процесса широко распространено в неонатологии, однако длительная антибактериальная терапия имеет ряд неблагоприятных последствий для новорождённых. Цель настоящего исследования - изучить особенности антибактериальной терапии у новорождённых с ПОН. В исследование включено 453 новорождённых ребенка с ПОН. Антибактериальную терапию получали 100% новорождённых, включённых в исследование. Цефалоспорины III-IV поколения и аминогликозиды были наиболее часто назначаемыми препаратами. При тяжёлом течении ПОН антибактериальная терапия является более интенсивной и длительной, наиболее продолжительно терапию получают новорождённые с массой тела при рождении менее 1500 г. Критерием для отмены антибактериальной терапии у новорождённых с ПОН является восстановление органных функций. Антибактериальная терапия у новорождённых с ПОН требует оптимизации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Polyorgan insufficiency (POI) Is the main cause of death in ISU patients. The highest rates of morbidity and mortality due to POI are recorded among newborns. Antibbacterial therapy of probable infections processes is widely used in neonatology, however longterm antibacterial therapy is not favouable for newborn infants. The aim of the present study was to investigate the peculiarities of antibacterial therapy in newborn with POI. The trial enrolled 453 infants antibacterial therapy was used in all of them (100%). The most frequent drugs used in the treatment were the III and IV generation cephalosporines and aminoglycosides. The POI antibacterial therapy in severe cases was more intensive and prolonged. The most long-term therapy was applied to newborns weighting 1500 g. Recovery of the organ function served as a criterion for discontinuation of the antibacterial therapy.
