Дальнейшее изучение молекулярных, биохимических и клеточных механизмов действия фармакологических регуляторов трансдукции сигналов фосфолипидных медиаторов является важной основой для создания новых иммуномодуляторов и противоопухолевых средств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The data on the mechanism of action, efficacy and safety of the drug fingolimod are presented.
