Топоизомеразы разделяются на 1 и 2 типы, в зависимости от механизма действия. В статье обсуждается структура и механизмы действия топоизомераз, возможность самостоятельного значения уровня экспрессии топоизомеразы 2а при проведении химиотерапии антрациклино-выми антибиотиками, которые ингибируют этот белок, у пациенток с раком молочной железы (РМЖ).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Topoisomerases are enzymes that control the topology of DNA. Topoisomerases are divided into types 1 and 2, depending on the mechanism of action.
