Определены диапазоны линейности показателей содержания и пределы обнаружения цефалексина. Показаны возможности спектрофотометрического определения цефалексина в смешанной слюне и сыворотке крови. Выявлены оптимальные условия осаждения белков при анализе. Проведено определение цефалексина в жидкости ротовой полости больных с инфекцией верхних дыхательных путей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The behavior of cephalexin in pharmaceutical and biological media was studied by spectrophotometric method. The ranges of linearity and the limits of cephalexin detection were determined. The possibilities of spectrophotometric cephalexin determination in mixed saliva and in blood serum were shown. Optimal conditions of proteins precipitation were revealed.
