Применение ингибиторов кальцинейрина (циклоспорина А и такролимуса) связано с рядом побочных реакций, среди которых нефротоксичность имеет наибольшее клиническое значение. Комплексная оценка иммунологических и биохимических показателей при лечении ингибиторами кальцинейрина является важной предпосылкой повышения эффективности иммунодепрессивной терапии и снижения частоты и выраженности побочного действия препаратов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of immunodepressants in the medical practice provided tens of thousands of favourable outcomes of the liver, kidney or heart transplantation and significant success in the treatment of a number of autoimmune diseases. Calcineurine inhibitors (cyclosporine A and tacrolimus) provoke a number of adverse reactions. Among them nephrotoxicity is clinically most dangerous.
