Эффективность терапии морбидного ожирения на сегодняшний день остается довольно низкой. Бариатрическая хирургия является наиболее эффективным методом лечения морбидного ожирения. Безопасность пациентов, эффективность и результативность хирургического лечения ожирения может обеспечиваться лишь при условии тщательного предоперационного обследования.

The efficacy of merbid abesity therapy of present remains rather low. Bariatric surgery is one of the most efficient methods for the treatment. Safety, efficacy and favourable results of the surgery are provided only after thorough examination of the patients.
