Алматы, Алматинской, Жамбылской и Кызылординской областях Республики Казахстан от людей и из проб воды открытых водоёмов в период с 1993 по 2014 гг. к 11 антибактериальным препаратам. Чувствительность к антибактериальным препаратам изучали диско-диффузионным методом. Все штаммы по культурально-морфологическим, биохимическим и серологическим свойствам были типичными представителями семейства Vibrionaceae, рода Vibrio, вида cholerae, О1, О139 и non O1 серогрупп. Фенотипические маркеры резистентности имели 38,4% изученных изолятов, при этом преобладали штаммы с монорезистентностью (23,1%); 9,6% - имели по два и более маркеров резистентности. Чаще проявлялась фенотипическая устойчивость к канамицину (17,3 %). Среди изолятов V.cholerae О1 серогруппы доля резистентных составила 38,5%, среди V.cholerae non О1 серогруппы - 40%. Доля резистентных штаммов выделенных в Кызылординской области была значительной и составила 45,8%. Резистентные штаммы, выделенные из воды в Алматы, Алматинской и Жамбылской областях, были одного фенотипа, резистентные к эритромицину. Частота выделения полирезистентных штаммов по годам статистически не изменяется. Различий в отношении к антибиотикам по серогруппам не отмечается.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this research work 52 collection strains of Vibrio cholerae of different serological groups (O1, O139 and non O1) isolated in Almaty city, Almaty, Zhambyl and Kyzylorda regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan from people and from water samples taken from open reservoirs in different years (1993-2014) were used. The sensitivity of V.cholerae strains to 11 antibacterial drugs was studied. In order to assess the sensitivity to antibacterial drugs we used a disc-diffusion method according to the International Standard of the Institute of Clinical and Laboratory Standards. The studied isolates (38.4%) had phenotypic resistance markers, and the strains with mono-resistant features prevailed (23.1%); 9.6% of the studied strains had two or more resistant markers. Phenotypic resistance to kanamycin was more frequent (17.3%). Among the isolates of Vxholerae O1 serogroup, the proportion of resistant to antibiotics was 38.5%, among V.cholerae non O1 serogroup - 40%. The share of resistant strains isolated in the isolates Kyzylorda region was significant and amounted to 45.8%. Resistant strains, isolated from water in Almaty city, Almaty and Zhambyl oblasts, had one phenotype resistant to erythromycin. Modeling the incidence of multi-resistance strains of V.cholerae did not show their statistical significance.
