Грибковые инфекции суставов: современное состояние вопроса

Заболевания, вызываемые микроскопическими грибами (микозы), стали важной клинической проблемой последних десятилетий. Значимость микозов в ревматологии существенно возросла в связи с активным внедрением в клиническую практику генно-инженерных биологических препаратов, в первую очередь ингибиторов фактора некроза опухоли-α и ингибиторов интерлейкина-17. Кроме того, возникает ряд вопросов при установлении своевременного и правильного диагноза, а также назначении рациональной терапии у больных с микотическим септическим артритом — заболеванием, достаточно сложным для курации. К наиболее распространённым этиологическим агентам грибкового артрита (ГА) относят Candida spp., Aspergillus fumigatus, Sporothrix schenckii, Coccidioides immitis, Blastomyces dermatitis, Cryptococcus neoformans и Histoplasma capsulatum. В настоящем обзоре рассматриваются проблемы диагностики и лечения ГА, ассоциированных с указанными возбудителями.
