Вторичные метаболиты морских микроорганизмов. III. Морские грибы - источник биологически активных продуктов

Аннотация

Настоящая статья представляет собой продолжение ранее опубликованных обзоров, посвящённых биологически активным вторичным метаболитам, синтезируемым морскими микроорганизмами - актиномицетами и грибами. Приводятся данные о структуре грибных метаболитов и их биологической активности. Многие из этих веществ обладают значительной активностью в отношении опухолевых клеток, однако они часто токсичны и в отношении обычных клеток. Предполагается, что определённая химическая модификация этих соединений позволит использовать полученные вещества как эффективные противоопухолевые препараты. Ряд вторичных грибных метаболитов проявляет антибактериальную и антивирусную активность, описаны метаболиты, действующие на липидный обмен, на сердечно-сосудистую систему, а также ингибиторы воспалительных процессов и вещества, блокирующие определённые рецепторы.
