Бактериальный вагиноз и трихомониаз: ведущие мировые руководства по тактике ведения и принципах терапии таких пациентов

Аннотация

Синдром вагинальных выделений - одна из самых частых причин обращения женщин к врачу. Чаще всего с выделениями из влагалища ассоциируют 3 заболевания: бактериальный вагиноз, трихомониаз и кандидоз. В обзоре рассматриваются современные подходы к лечению пациенток с бактериальным вагинозом и трихомониазом, разными по этиологии и патогенезу, но в то же время схожими в плане терапии заболеваниями. Анализ проведён согласно принципам, изложенным в двух ведущих мировых руководствах.
