Вторичные метаболиты морских микроорганизмов. I. Вторичные метаболиты морских актиномицетов

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены опубликованные в период с 2007 по 2014 гг. данные по вторичным метаболитам, синтезируемым определённой группой морских микроорганизмов - морскими актиномицетами. По химической структуре описанные метаболиты относятся к разным классам соединений и проявляют различную биологическую активность. Ряд метаболитов обладает антибиотическим действием в отношении бактерий, в том числе устойчивых патогенов, а также вирусов и грибов. Многие морские актиномицеты являются продуцентами цитотоксических соединений, проявляющих противораковую активность, а также синтезируют вещества - ингибиторы различных групп ферментов.
