Вакцинация в ревматологии: новые данные (по материалам рекомендаций Европейской антиревматической лиги - EULAR)

Аннотация

В современной ревматологии коморбвдные инфекции оказывают значительное влияние на морбидность и летальность, особенно при иммуновоспалигельных ревматических заболеваниях (ИВРЗ). В связи с этим всё большее значение в профилактике инфекций при ИВРЗ приобретает вакцинация. В настоящей статье проанализирован обновлённый вариант рекомендаций по вакцинации взрослых больных с ИВРЗ, предложенный экспертами Европейской антиревматической лиги (EULAR) в конце 2019 г. Обсуждается безопасность и иммуногенность вакцинации, связанной с предупреждением различных инфекций у больных ИВРЗ. Обозначены основные направления будущих исследований по рассматриваемой проблеме.
