Аннотация
В современной ревматологии несомненного внимания заслуживает проблема коморбидных инфекций (КИ), актуальность которой обусловлена как нарушениями иммунитета в рамках фонового иммуновоспалительного ревматического заболевания (ИВРЗ), так и необходимостью применения препаратов с иммуносупрессивным действием. Применение инновационных генно-инженерных биологических препаратов и таргетных базисных противовоспалительных препаратов позволило достичь больших успехов в лечении ИВРЗ. Однако с накоплением мирового клинического опыта стало понятно, что применение данных лекарственных средств сопровождается увеличением риска развития инфекционных осложнений (включая тяжёлые) различной этиологии и локализации. Представление современных данных о частоте и локализации основных КИ у больных ИВРЗ при лечении указанными препаратами является целью настоящего нарративного (описательного) обзора, первая часть которого посвящена вопросам инфекционных осложнений терапии ингибиторами фактора некроза опухоли-альфа.
