Рациональная этиотропная терапия инфекций верхних дыхательных путей. Проблемы резистентности внебольничных микроорганизмов

В статье представлены современные данные по антибиотикорезистентности и этиологии острых инфекций верхних дыхательных путей (тонзиллофарингита, риносинусита, среднего отита), рассмотрены возможности клинической дифференциации между бактериальным и вирусным генезом данных заболеваний, приведены рекомендации по обследованию пациентов и выбору рациональной антимикробной терапии.
