Характеристики атипичных форм стафилококков (SCVs), выделенных от больных остеомиелитом
Аннотация
Атипичные формы стафилококков, выделенные из популяции родительских штаммов Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, теряли ряд типичный для данного рода и вида свойств и характеризовались изменённой морфологией колоний, замедленным ростом, отсутствием пигментации, а также изменённой формой утилизации углеводов. Для SCVs S.aureus характерно отсутствие плазмокоагулазной и лецитиназной активностей. Дальнейший анализ 14 вариантов SCVs показал, что они являются ауксотрофами по гемину и менадиону и обладают устойчивостью к аминогликозидным антибиотикам. Эти фенотипические характеристики микроорганизмов усложняют и во многих случаях делают невозможной их идентификацию общепринятыми в клинических лабораториях методами. Методы генотипической идентификации, в частности tRNA-PCR анализ, позволяют более достоверно идентифицировать атипичные формы стафилококков с таким сложным фенотипом.
