Дискордантность статуса эстрогеновыгх рецепторов между первичным и метастатическим раком молочной железы - возможные причины и прогностическая значимость

Аннотация

Целью данного обзора явилась систематизация сведений о дискордантности экспрессии эстрогеновых рецепторов в первичном и метастатическом раке молочной железы, в разных метастазах, при повторных анализах одной и той же ткани. Обсуждаются возможные причины этого феномена. Авторы подчеркивают необходимость проведения анализа эстрогеновых рецепторов в метастазах рака молочной железы, независимо от рецепторного статуса первичной опухоли, для прогнозирования течения метастатической болезни и адекватного лечения метастатической опухоли в строгом соответствии с её рецепторным статусом на момент лекарственной терапии. Проанализированы работы, цитированные в поисковой системе Pub Med до мая 2013 года.
